Description

Quest giver does not talk to you when you right click her.

Reproduction Steps

1. Right click npc.
2. Nothing happens
3. Try again, same result

Intended Behavior

NPC should open a dialog when right clicked.

Found work around: /whi headed towards skona ravine

She should open a windows with the text below:

Finna says, "Hail there, friend. You aren't [headed towards Skona Ravine], are you?"
