When You want to do the Quest "Treasure Hunt" given by Gaenor in Howth for lvl 21 you cant do the first step because There is no sentinel to ask in the bridge near connla
1. Go to Howth and get the quest
2. Go to the bridge near connla as asked for step1
3. See that there is sentinels but not possible to ask for news.
This bug can be easily repair io think there is a world build quest problem , and we all wants to go on steps 2 of this quest !
Just try to do the quest available in Howth lvl 21 minimum in hib
