I was doing the Raszcel's Bane quest and noticed that, despite the Hobyahs and Rasczel in that area being being yellow to me, they were killing me very easily. I checked online on Allakhazam and realized that these mobs were level 12 but they were conning yellow to me at 11.
1. Go to the area just outside of Fort Veldon (N/NW of the town).
2. Rasczel is a spawn in there for an epic quest but I believe he is a night spawn.
3. Find the Hobyahs or Raszcel (named Hobyah)
Either adjust their stats down to meet the level that they con or change their con upward by +1 level. There is no way that a level 11 melee could kill these yellows.
Allahkhazam has these mobs listed at level 12. I am level 11 and they are yellow to me. The difference between 11 and 12 on this server is pretty large and these mobs should not be yellow at 11.
