After I killed Njessi I spoke to Bork and he said I needed to speak to the town enchanter 'Milten'.
Milten cannot be found in Huginfell, or any other town that I know of, and the town enchanter in Huginfell is named 'Raker'.
1. Remove the Milten reference as the NPC does not exist.
2. Change it to Raker as he is the actual town enchanter.
3. Make sure Raker is connected to the quest so it can be turned in.

I searched for the town enchanter and spoke to him, but apparently he is not connected with the quest somehow.
