1188: Could not trade skald epic boots or wear the other items.

Description

I was unable to trade boots from epic skald quest (lvl 50) in addition, I was unable to wear the items that were not restricted by level.

Reproduction Steps

1. trade items from 1 character to another
2. try to wear items on the character the pieces that were able to be traded.
3.

Intended Behavior

allow all the items to be traded. Or simply fix the epic quest that was implemented broken.
