Description

Npc "Dwarven Guard" located in Vale of mularn @ 51.8k 29.4k in Haggerfel is not acting as guard - meaning /where does not work, nor is defending as guard

Reproduction Steps

1. Select this NPC
2. Type /where Mildred
3. Command does not work since this npc is not a guard

Intended Behavior

This NPC should be flagged/marked as "guard"
