* The starting NPC is Kyba in Vasudheim.
* I went with my level 6 skald to visit Kyba, it was not giving any quest and it doesn't have the quest giver golden ring at feet.
1. Go with a level 6 char to visit Kyba in Vasudheim LOC 52913 20451.
2. Try to interact with Kyba to see if it has any quest to give to you.
Enable Kyba at the right time, for players level 6 onwards, as quest giver and implement Svartmoln's Appetite quest.
