Guild house Teleporter has been changed to Channeler which doesn't port. He states: player my services are needed elsewhere. I'm sure there is another channeler that that is willing to serve you though.
Channeler was originally used to teleport players from the realm portal keep and realms main city to various places.. of which we don't have.
1. Zone into housing, go to guild house.
2. go inside guild house, try to find teleporter.
3. also, had several guildies to come and observe this bug. We also went to other houses in the area and observed that the channeler existed there also.
Change the channeler back to teleporter. The channelers only function was to port from the main city and realm portal keep.

This is just to show what the channeler looks like before clicking on him. After clicking on him, he won't do anything for us other than give us some verbage.
