Pants of Waking Dreams is not salvageable.
The Vest has no problem salvaging, but for some reason the pants returns back saying it is not a salvageable item. If one piece can be done, the rest of the set should be able to be done as well.
1. Try to salvage Pants of Waking Dreams
2. Notice it doesn't let you.
3. Notice you can salvage the vest with no issue.
Make them salvageable and provide the right loot for the salvage.
