1089: Tradande has no OTD & same loot pool as normal tree spirit

Description

Killed Tradande 3times today. I got no OTD, but loot as from normal tree spirits.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Skona Ravine LOC ~ 48k 32k
2. Kill Tradande and get normal loot
3. No OTD given after several kills

Intended Behavior

1. Tradande should drop/give OTD
2. Loot table may be different from tree spirits
