Danoin Farmers in Albion Only drop the occasional Alchemy supply item. Other Danoins that are lower level drop loot.
1. Farm 50-100 Danoin Farmers and see if anything drops other than alchemy items.

Farming these critters in the past was rewarded with staves and armor drops.
