1073: Warrior Epic : Traveler's Way

Description

I got this quest from my trainer at lvl 42, instead level 7 (or lower)

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a warrior
2. Reach level 7 - Go to trainer and see that he has no quest to give.
3. Reach level 42 - Go to trainer, voila, he has a level 7 quest for you.

Intended Behavior

This quest should be given out at level 7 (or lower?).

Evidence

It is a level 7 quest, given to a level 42 INSTEAD of level 7. Not much more proof needed.
