Description

Missing Quest "Supplies for Lillian" in Salisbury Plains - West Downs
NPC is there but no quest above lv28+ ! (i was lvl 30)

Reproduction Steps

1. be lv 28+
2. move to Salisbury Plains - West Downs (loc 27800 8000)
3. try to talk with npc " beria, apprentice smith "
