Follow the Epic until you get "Morven`s Return" Quest (Level 40) Step #3:

[Step #3] Speak to Harper Brac, in Ardagh.

The NPC is located in Innis Carthaig!

Reproduction Steps

1. Finish the Epic Level 7 - 30
2. get the Level 40 Epic from Trainer in TNN
3. Follow the Quest until you reached Step #3

Intended Behavior

Quest Journal is incorrect. The NPC Harper Brac is located in Innis Carthaig.

Please change the Journal Information from Ardagh to Innis Carthaig.
