The normal loot "Celtic Bracelet" and "Keltoi Crafted Belt" from the Keltoi Dungeon are bugged. They are displayed as Gear-Items and are even equipable. It should be just normal loot.
1. Go to Keltoi Dungeon
2. Kill any Mobs there
3. Loot the Items and maybe find some more bugged ones.
It should be just normal sellable loot and nothing to gear up.
