Rasczel spawned at approx 1:00 in Game time. i killed him. A zerker (Madyrock) wanted to do the quest as well. I hang around because i wanted to know what the respawn timer is. Rasczel however did not spanw anymore. we tried killing hobys but that didn't help either.
1. Kill Rasczel
2. wait all night for respawn
3. no respwan
I think there should be a some respawns (similar to Birk) for Raszcel after killing him. otherwise a lot of Players won't be able to do the first epic quest.
i do not have any documentation on this, but common sense makes the issue obvious.
