1014: Combat style successful even if required endurance is lost

Description

As a skald, while at low endurance, I used the hammer style "Thor's Anvil", then quickly cast the two DDs. This depleted my endurance, and I even hit Thor's Anvil again before my combat swing - it confirmed that I didn't have enough endurance to perform the style. Though, on my combat swing Thor's Anvil did go through successfully, despite having 0 endurance for that swing.

Reproduction Steps

1. Get down to minimal required endurance for a combat style
2. Wait for a combat swing to pass
3. Queue the combat style, then waste the required endurance with DDs, debuffs, sprinting, etc before the next swing
4. (optional?) Hit the style again to get the "not enough endurance" message
5. The style goes through even though you have 0 endurance

Intended Behavior

There should be a check for required endurance upon queuing AND upon executing the combat style, since it is possible to lose the required endurance between swings.

Evidence

Unfortunately, I don't have any proof from live, but I'd imagine it's a bug, since the chat log states the required endurance is missing, yet still successfully does the style. Perhaps someone else can confirm and/or provide evidence?
